巧克力碎马芬食谱 chocolate chips muffin recipe


最近根据了几种马芬食谱,连续烘焙了好几次马芬。

这是我上星期五烘焙得较为成功及卖座的马芬,于是想在此分享食谱。



预备作业 pre-bake exercise:

1. 以180摄氏预热烤箱。pre-heat oven at 180C.


材料 ingredients:

1. 大型蛋 Large eggs             x2
2. buttermilk                          240g (could substitute with: milk 240g + distilled vinegar 1TBSP)
3. 植物油 corn oil                  120g
4. 细砂糖 castor sugar           200g

5. 面粉 plain flour                 360g
6. 泡打粉 baking powder       2tsp
7. 盐 salt                               0.25 tsp

8. 巧克力碎 chocolate chips   125g


做法 method:

1. 在容器里,依序秤入蛋、buttermilk、植物油及细砂糖。mix in the following ingredients in this order: eggs, buttermilk, corn oil and castor sugar.
2. 以搅拌器搅拌均匀。beat mixture til creamy and smooth.
3. 分两次筛入面粉、泡打粉及盐。sift in flour, baking powder and salt in 2 times.
4. 搅拌均匀直至面糊滑顺为止。mix batter til smooth.
5. 将所有巧克力碎略微拌入面糊。put in chocolate chips and mix lightly.
6. 用勺子将面糊舀进马芬纸模中。约八分满即可。spoon mixture into muffin cups til 80% full.
7. 送入预热好的烤箱,180摄氏,烤25-30分钟。bake at 180C, 25-30 min.
