星期一早上的惊喜~

虽然自己还蛮喜欢这款万圣节便当的，但还是没想到它竟然会在百多份各自精彩的便当中脱颖而出。

万圣节~

孩子考完试后，感觉就真的是“万圣”咯~ （如果不去理会拿回试卷的心情的话。）

今天制作了一个以木乃伊为主题的“万圣节便当”。

木乃伊是以饭团捏成的。用来包裹木乃伊的白色“布条”，则是乳酪。（我所使用的是少脂的那种。）不是一个艰难的便当。木乃伊本身本来就不应该以规则的形状呈现的，所以，在捏饭团时，也不需要刻意把它捏得太对称。

至于蝙蝠与蜘蛛，我则是先以海苔裁成我要的轮廓，再把它叠在乳酪上进行剪裁。唯有这样，海苔才可以保持其形状。蜘蛛的八只脚所使用的是全麦意大利粉条。我真的太懒惰了。根本就不愿意花时间去以海苔裁成其脚。

蜘蛛网则是以海苔排出来的。可在二元商店轻易买到已经剪成整齐且宽度一致的条状海苔。一般，这样的海苔是用来拌着冰镇的荞麦面来吃的。我喜欢购买这样的海苔。在制作便当时，这样的海苔确实让我省下不少时间与麻烦。
