生日快乐, 新加坡~

新加坡明天就要过四十八岁生日了。

为此,我制作了五份便当,为新加坡庆生。


首先是以鱼尾狮为主题的便当:

merlion bento
(singapore flag: sushi rice, cheese, nori;
merlion: egg sheet, chicken ham, cheese, nori;
sides: broccoli, carrot, baked chicken.)

然后是以新加坡樟宜机场与新航为主题的便当:

Hello Kitty flying into Changi Airport via SQ bento
(hello kitty: toast bread, cheese & nori;
SQ plane: cheese & nori;
control tower: cheese & nori.)

再来是以本土特色小吃“嘟嘟糕”及“红龟粿”为主题的造型拼盘:

Ms Kueh Tutu & Ms Ang Ku Kueh plate art
(kueh tutu: toast bread, sushi rice mixed with chilli, nori;
ang ku kueh: ang ku kueh, sushi rice mixed with chilli, nori;
sides: lettuce, broccoli and tofu omelette.)
  
再来是以儿时的游乐场为主题的便当:

the birdie playground bento
(birdie: carrot toast, cheese, nori;
singapore flag: carrot toast, cheese.)

最后是以国庆庆典为主题的造型拼盘:

at the national day parade plate art
(helicopter: pandan toast, plain toast;
singapore flag: apple;
sun: carrot;
esplanade: pandan toast with cream cheese;
MBS: plain toast with nutella;
Singapore flyer: plain toast with nutella.)

Loving Singapore, our home

八月九日是新加坡47岁的生日。
今天趁女儿“还要”便当之际,火速准备了两个“国庆节”便当,为我亲爱的祖国新加坡庆生。 
国旗是以饭团制成的。红色的部分则是以鲑鱼粉末调成的。由于不想使用太多“鲑鱼粉末”,颜色自然就没有显得过于抢眼。
新月与五颗星则是以乳酪裁成的。
貌似“鱼尾狮”的,则是以鹌鹑蛋与海苔制成的。好啦……“鱼尾”未成形啦。那是因为我空白的脑袋还在想着要怎么以鹌鹑蛋来裁成鱼的尾巴。不然就当做是,鱼尾还留在水中吧?
